Jackson was extremely nice and helped with power at an investment home.
His communication was 10/10 and even made some extra calls to an inspector to ensure things were done right and met city requirements. I plan to use again for more services including re-wire and AC.

My Bosch heat pump unit wasn't producing any heat or air. Called Bigfoot who installed it seven years ago. Landon the tech they sent worked for hours to find a leak. He took apart the outside unit, crawled under the house, and throughly tested the inside unit. He pressurized the system and it stayed sealed.
With no leaks detected he filled the freon and it's been working great.

The guys showed up on time (8:15 am) and went right to work. They worked steady (until 5:30 pm). They were polite and considerate. Not only did they clean up the materials used and discarded from the day, they sweep the staircase and entrance rug. We are very pleased with the service and installation.
