Bigfoot is more than a name or a logo to me. It’s the latest chapter of a business I’ve been building in Central Louisiana since 2011.

I’m Keith Lasyone, owner of Bigfoot, an Army Combat Medic veteran, husband to the same woman for over 34 years, proud parent of four daughters and two sons and paw paw to 5 grandkids. I started this company in the HVAC business and, like most small business owners, learned a lot of lessons the hard way. Over the years we’ve grown, added services, built a team and changed the name—but the goal has stayed pretty simple: take care of people, build a company our community can count on, and create a place where people want to work.

As the business grew beyond heating and air conditioning into electrical, generators, windows, bathrooms, roofing and home improvements, I wanted a brand that felt more like us. Something local, memorable and maybe a little less serious than the typical contractor—but still backed by serious experience.

That’s where Bigfoot came from.

Today, you’ll see the Bigfoot name on our trucks, uniforms and around Central Louisiana, but behind it is Atlas Cooling LLC, the same legal company that holds our contractor licenses and has been serving this area for years.

I’m still involved in the business every day. You’ll see me in our videos, around the office, helping our team and occasionally making a fool of myself on Facebook. That’s intentional. I don’t want Bigfoot to feel like a faceless company. We’re real people who live here, work here and take care of our neighbors.

We’ve grown a lot since 2011, and I hope we keep growing. But no matter how many services we add, I want Bigfoot to remain the kind of company where you know who you’re dealing with and where we’ll still be here when you need us again.
