 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My Bosch heat pump unit wasn't producing any heat or air. Called Bigfoot who installed it seven years ago. Landon the tech they sent worked for hours to find a leak. He took apart the outside unit, crawled under the house, and throughly tested the inside unit. He pressurized the system and it stayed sealed. With no leaks detected  he filled the freon and it's been working great. Thanks Landon

They were polite and considerate. Not only did they clean up the materials used and discarded from the day, they sweep the staircase and entrance rug.
